503 USED Tagliavini Modular EMT 6/4060 electric deck oven.

The oven features spiral-shaped heating elements at the front of the chamber, ensuring uniform baking throughout the entire baking chamber. The oven's power is adjustable and can be controlled as needed, directing more power to the top of the chamber, less to the bottom, or vice versa. This ensures baking at a constant temperature with appropriately adjusted power at the top and bottom of the chamber. Triack processors maintain a uniform temperature throughout the entire baking process, increasing oven efficiency while reducing operating costs.
