Technical Configuration of the Filling Line


The Used Filling Line Doypack / Tetra pak 600 kg/h includes a sequence of machines from 2015 that deliver precision, hygiene, and reliability in filling flexible pouches. Initially, the process starts with a Contherm heat exchanger from Tetra Pak, which continuously processes medium- to high-viscosity products. As a result, it maintains uniform temperature and ensures product stability.


Subsequently, an FL Tecnics machine—model FL 2.2—handles pouch feeding, weight-based filling, sealing, and packaging. In particular, a VARPE control system measures product weight in each pouch with high precision, thus minimizing variation and waste. At the same time, another VARPE unit performs X-ray inspection, which detects any contaminants or structural issues. Consequently, this adds a critical layer of safety and quality control.


Meanwhile, a spiral air-flow pasteurizer manufactured by SARP performs the pasteurization phase. Unlike other systems, this design treats the product uniformly while preserving its sensory characteristics. Taken together, these components enable the Used Filling Line Doypack / Tetra pak 600 kg/h to deliver a safe, consistent, and high-performance packaging operation.

The Used Filling Line Doypack / Tetra pak 600 kg/h processes up to 600 kilograms of product per hour. Thanks to its engineering, it maintains consistent dosing and minimizes downtime. Its weight-based filling system ensures accurate volumes in each pouch, thereby reducing overfill and adhering to production specifications.


Notably, the line has only operated for about 1,000 hours, during which it produced around 5 million pouches. Given this, the system remains in near-new condition. Therefore, facilities can expect long-term reliability with minimal wear. In terms of maintenance, this translates to reduced operational costs and higher uptime.
