A productive ‘Wire-O’ binding machine with speeds up to 4000 bindings per hour, able to bind a wide variety of book thicknesses using diameters from 5/16” up to 1 inch for a maximum binding thickness of 23 mm.
Comprising;
Hand feed position for the feeding of pre punched book blocks
B599 Automatic closing unit with;
Twin Spool wire unwinds system, with paper waste extraction, with automatic change
Ledpfx Ajzmx Udem Asad
over when spool is low / empty, which ensures consistently high production.
Computer controlled programming of binding, from one length, skip feed, up to five lengths in one pass.
Automatic wire cutter, toothed belts for different pitch, 3:1 and 2:1.
Sprockets for 2:1 and 3:1 pitch.
Capable of processing either round or square punched work.
Speed adjustable up to 4000 bindings per hour, depending on format, thickness, operator skill, and the quality of work being bound.
Dedicated wire guide, turning, closing tools for each diameter, with fast change over times possible due to easy to install methods for the tooling.
Microprocessor controlled quality checking systems to ensure that production runs smoothly, with read out on the computer screen advising the operator and management of faults, and productivity information.
Extended shingle belt delivery.
A set of tools for all common sizes of wire from 5/16” up to 1”.
