1 x 2017 Packaging Automation Ltd Eclipse SL4 inline heat-sealing machine supplied with 1 x Packaging Automatic Ltd Eclipse C1 automated chain-and-peg conveyor system, 2 x interchangeable sets of tooling and some spare parts. Previously used to heat seal punnets of cauliflower and cauliflower/broccoli mix from multi-head weigher. Both machines on height adjustable feet.

The Eclipse SL4 is a fully automatic inline tray-sealing machine designed for high-throughput food packaging applications. Suitable for sealing a wide range of pre-formed trays, the machine is ideal for use within the meat, poultry, seafood, ready meal, fresh produce, bakery, and convenience food sectors. The automated conveyor system provides continuous product handling, helping to improve production efficiency and throughput.

Eclipse C1 infeed conveyor belt (modular plastic belt section) - 300mm wide.
Outfeed conveyor belt - 290mm wide, blue rubber.

System footprint:
Eclipse C1 indexing conveyor footprint - 3870mm L x 950mm W x 1050mm H.
Eclipse SL4 inline sealer footprint - 3230mm L x 1050mm W x 2050mm H.

Condition – Very good. This system was purchased new and run for approximately 6 months per year.
Supplied with various spare parts, including cutters for both sets of punnets, spare belts, heater pads, etc.
