1. Pre-milling Unit 1802 (2 x 2 kW, 12000 min⁻¹):
○ One synchronous and one counter-rotating unit with two K/F 70-64 30 diamond milling cutters.
○ Motorized adjustment of milling thickness (max 3 mm).

2. Edge Feeding Unit 1901 Synchro:
○ Allows for precise adjustment of the edge overhang, significantly contributing to edge savings.
○ Edge feeding from a single plate with a diameter of 820 mm. Loading width for strip edges: 40 mm.

3. Glue Jet 2.3 Gluing System (Patented System):
○ No glue roller – glue is applied via a nozzle.
○ Compatible with both EVA glues (granules and cartridges) and PUR glues.
○ Full adjustment of the start and end of glue application, as well as glue application height depending on the workpiece thickness.
○ Hybrid technology, heating time: 3-4 minutes.

4. Pressure Zone 1913 MOT (Motorized Adjustment):
○ Three pressure rollers, with the first one driven and made with SYNCHRO technology.

10. Netsystem 1856:
○ A set of 4 spraying nozzles (two at the front, two at the rear of the machine).
