Heidelberg SM 52-5-P

This Heidelberg SM 52-5-P is a robust and versatile offset printing press, manufactured in 2003. Designed for high-quality production, it features a sheet size of 370 x 520 mm and has already achieved an impressive 50 million impressions, demonstrating its reliability and endurance. Currently operational in a printshop in Germany, this machine is equipped with a range of advanced features to streamline and enhance the printing process.

Key features include the CP 2000 center for precise control, Alcolor dampening for consistent ink-water balance, and a Technotrans cooling and recirculation device to maintain optimal operating temperatures. The press also boasts an Autoplate system for efficient plate changes, as well as comprehensive washing systems for blankets, rollers, and impression cylinders, ensuring clean and consistent print quality.

Additionally, the machine is outfitted with a numbering and perforating unit, complete with two cams, wheels, and multiple numerators, offering flexibility for a variety of finishing tasks. Its perfecting capability (2/3 - 5/0) allows for both single- and double-sided printing, making it a versatile choice for diverse printing needs.
