We are selling our Hopgun, which has a filling volume of 60 L—perfect for both larger and smaller fermenters. It is a highly accurate copy of the Hopgun produced in Germany by the renowned company Braukon. Ours is manufactured in China but is very well built: the weld seams are impeccable, it is equipped with a pressure gauge, and it features an integrated CIP spray ball for easy cleaning with a pump. Additionally, the lower lid can be fully opened for thorough cleaning. All fittings on the Hopgun are designed for Tri-Clamp connections, and the shut-off valves are of excellent quality, also made of stainless steel. We purchased three different pre-filter cartridges, allowing you to process hop pellets, fresh hop cones, or whatever you wish to extract into your beer. The unit features outstanding venting to ensure oxygen can be easily purged. Everything is cleanly manufactured from stainless steel and mounted on castors, so even when fully loaded the Hopgun can be effortlessly moved.

With a HopGun, you can reliably and efficiently extract oils and aromas from hop pellets into your finished beer. This increases both yield and flavor stability—exactly what creative brewers desire. Unlike conventional methods, the HopGun ensures that hops are evenly flushed with the entire batch of beer. Coarse particles are separated from the product by a special pre-filter cartridge in the process.
