Flexibility: Placement of windows and door is customized to your individual requirements at no extra charge.

Windows: 6 single-sash windows, 80 x 120 cm, white PVC (tilt-and-turn function), each with double glazing (thermal insulation glass).

Door: 92 x 200 cm, EPS-insulated panel door.

Load-bearing system: Minimum 2 mm profile thickness on corners and chassis.

Insulation & Color

Walls: 5 cm PU-filled sandwich panels in RAL 9002 (Grey White). (Optional: EPS or rock wool).

Roof: 5 cm polyurethane (PU)-filled ribbed sandwich panels, RAL 9002.

Production & Customs: Direct shipment factory-direct from Turkey. We handle full customs clearance for you.

Delivery Condition: Units are delivered as 3 semi-knocked-down (SKD) kits. Connecting material is included; final assembly is to be performed by the customer.

Flat-Pack Option: Also available fully disassembled for maximum savings on transport costs.

Important Note on Unloading: Unloading at the destination is the responsibility of the customer (crane or forklift required). We are happy to connect you with local service providers.

PAYMENT TERMS & INVOICING

B2B: 50% advance payment upon order, 50% prior to dispatch.

Payment Methods: Bank transfer to VASG KFT (Raiffeisenbank Hungary), Revolut Business, Credit Card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.

Note: Prices are subject to VAT and shipping costs.

TIMELINE

Production: 4–10 business days.

Delivery: AT, DE, IT, HU: 7–14 days | Other EU countries: 4–15 days.

Expandability: Connection is made along the long sides (720 cm total width). Length can be configured flexibly from 300 cm to 700 cm.

Windows/Doors: Anthracite frames, triple glazing, or aluminum profiles.

Security: Fixed iron window grilles or roller shutters (manual/electric).

Interior Fitting: Integration of toilet, shower, partition walls, or kitchen areas possible at any time.

Climate & Heating: Split air conditioner (heating/cooling) or wall-mounted heater (2000W/2500W).
