Meat processing machine

Sepamatic SEPA 3000C

The SEPAmatic 3000 C is a machine from the SEPAmatic brand (Modernpack Hoppe GmbH), designed to separate meat from unwanted components such as bone, skin, gristle, or bone splinters. The separator uses a belt-type separation system, well suited to processing a variety of meat and fish raw materials.

How does the SEPAmatic 3000 C separator work?
Raw material is drawn in between a highly elastic crushing belt and a perforated stainless steel drum, where it undergoes compression and separation. Harder components such as bone and gristle stay on the outer surface of the drum, while soft meat is pressed through the perforations, enabling continuous, precise separation of the desired raw material from unwanted parts.

A simple control system, without complicated electronics or electro-hydraulics, ensures reproducible machine settings and stable operation, while quick access to the working components makes routine servicing and maintenance easier.

Key advantages of the SEPAmatic 3000 C
The SEPAmatic 3000 C stands out for its simple, reliable construction, in which machine settings remain stable despite wear on the working parts. Interchangeable crushing belts — available in a heavy-duty polyurethane version or a lower-cost neoprene version — allow the machine to be matched to the type of raw material processed and to operating budget.
