This machine comes fully equipped to provide flawless edges: 
1. Pre-Milling Unit (RT-V): 2 counter-rotating diamond heads to eliminate panel chipping and telegraphing. 
2. Gluing Station: High-efficiency EVA glue basin with rapid heating and automatic temperature control.
3. Pressure Zone: Driven main roller plus 2 idle pressure rollers for an optimal glue line.
4. End Trimming Unit (K-2): Dual-motor automatic switching for straight or beveled cuts. 
5. Fine/Flush Trimming Unit: High-frequency motors with numerical control adjustment for flush, radius, or chamfered trimming.
6. Corner Rounding Unit (Round 1): Complete finishing of panel corners on straight or shaped panels. 
7. Edge Scraping Unit: Eliminates radius chatter lines for a smooth finish.

8. Glue Scraping Unit: Cleans away any residual squeeze-out along the joint line.
9. Polishing/Buffing Unit: Dual cloth motors to restore color and sheen to extruded PVC/ABS edges.
10. Anti-Adhesive Spray System: Dual-liquid spraying device to keep panels perfectly clean.
