For assembling popular types of frames. During the stapling process, the machine operator has a clear view of the frames and can, if necessary, make required positional adjustments. The two frame components are placed into the stop and locked in position by a pneumatically actuated clamp equipped with a special rubber pad to prevent damage to delicate frames.

The stop is adjustable, allowing for the insertion of two staples at the desired distance.

The Joint 502 allows for two different staples, even of different sizes, to be inserted at the required axial spacing, with the two staple units positioned accordingly.
