Linear gravity filler

Gravity-Fed Linear Filler – Stainless Steel

Automatic, gravity-fed linear filler made of stainless steel, designed for the continuous filling of liquid products into bottles, jars, and other rigid containers within industrial packaging lines.

The equipment incorporates multiple filling nozzles arranged in a line, allowing for the simultaneous processing of several containers. The product is dispensed by utilizing gravity, providing a simple and efficient solution for low-viscosity liquids and products with good flow characteristics.

PROCESS

The containers are automatically transported to the filling area, where they are positioned under the different nozzles.

Once positioned, the filling process is carried out using gravity, taking advantage of the height difference and the natural flow of the product to introduce it into the containers. At the end of the cycle, the containers are released and automatically continue to the next stage of the line.

This filling principle is particularly suitable for liquid and fluid products with low viscosity.

It can be integrated with:

Container feeders
Feed tanks
Transfer pumps
Capping and sealing machines
Twist-off closing machines
Weight checkers
Inspection systems
Labeling and coding machines
Case packers and end-of-line equipment
APPLICATIONS

Particularly suitable for food industries, beverage manufacturers, canning companies, liquid sauce producers, and packaging companies that need to automate the filling of fluid products.

Depending on the installed configuration and the characteristics of the product, it can be used for water, juices, beverages, vinegars, brines, oils, liquid sauces, and other low-viscosity products.

Its linear, multi-nozzle configuration, gravity-fed filling, and stainless steel construction provide a versatile solution for industrial packaging lines.
