JET Bicarplast

The Jet Bicarplast cabinet automatically cleans anilox rollers using sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO₃), without damaging the ceramic or chrome coating. Cleaning a 2500 mm long roller takes approximately 35 minutes, depending on the level of contamination and the rotational speed.

The abrasive used in the process is extracted by the system, making it easy to remove and dispose of, even with regular household waste.
