The Inotec WT-99 iT sausage cutter has been specially developed for the precise cutting of sausages in natural casings, collagen casings, and artificial casings. The machine cuts linked sausages into individual sausages for further processing. The WT99 series of cutting machines combines precision with high production speed.
The machine is suitable for processing raw, cooked, fresh, and smoked sausages. Its intuitive control system is easy to program, allowing for quick product changeovers. The sausage cutter features a hygienic design for fast and easy cleaning. This cutting machine is manufactured entirely from stainless steel.
