Highdream/Keymac Weighing & Twin VFFS Bagging System

Complete weighing and vertical form, fill and seal twin bagging system, previously used to pack chocolate drops. This system comprises of the following equipment:

1 x Joy Conveyors product hopper. Overall dimensions – 550mm long x 610mm wide x 680mm deep.
1 x Joy Conveyors bucket elevator.
1 x Stainless-steel gantry and steps. Gantry overall dimensions – 3m long x 3m wide.
1 x High Dream AC-6B14 14-head multihead weigher with dimple pans and 10.4’’ touch-screen control panel. Serial number – AC-6B140510037. Weighing range – 25g – 500g. Accuracy - ±0.5g. Speed – up to 140 bags/minute (product dependent).
1 x Keymac servo-driven timing hopper.
1 x Keymac vertical form, fill and seal twin bagging machine. Sealing jaws - Unit 1: Vertical - 300mm & Horizontal - 250mm. Unit 2: Vertical - 320mm & Horizontal - 250mm. Previously running 210mm wide film. 2 x Forming tubes, each 60mm diameter. Has extension chute for larger packs. Overall dimensions - 1.9m wide x 1.6m deep x 2.1m high.
1 x Outfeed inclined conveyor. Infeed height - 200mm. Outfeed height - 1000mm. Belt dimensions - 3m long x 195mm wide.

System footprint - 7.5m long x 3.4m wide x 4.4m high.
