Harter H01compact Hordentrocknungssystem

It is a new (only 202 operating hours!) H01compact tray drying system from Harter, including an AIRGENEX 2000 food dehumidification system for batch operation.

The system works perfectly, and we continue to use a compact and a larger tray dryer ourselves.

Everything is programmable via touchscreen using the Siemens Simatic S7-1200 control unit, and the temperature range extends from 15–75°C, enabling gentle drying to the desired residual moisture level. The system is therefore specifically designed for sensitive products, e.g., in the food industry.

Thanks to the closed heat pump system, the drying process operates completely independently of the room climate, and all parameters can be controlled at any time, allowing even more complex drying curves to be automated.

The drying room has 6 levels and can be equipped with a maximum of 12 plastic baskets (570 x 365 x 70 mm), each 14.5 l, thus a total usable volume of 174 l.
