The vertical Grasselli NSL600 slicing machine is designed not only for meat, but also for fish, poultry, and plant-based products, producing high-quality slices with excellent consistency. The machine is suitable for processing both fresh and crust-frozen products. Even delicate products can be sliced effortlessly without damage, ensuring an excellent product presentation and yield.
