Machining center with 4 CNC axes for processing bars or workpieces made of aluminum, PVC, and light metal alloys in general, as well as steel up to 2 mm. Tool magazine with 8 positions, also accommodates an angle head and a disc cutter, allowing the workpiece to be machined on 5 sides. Processes bars up to 4 m in one pass; with extension, up to 8 m is possible and the part is automatically fed through. The 4th CNC axis enables continuous rotation of the electrospindle from 0° to 180° to perform machining operations along the perimeter of the profile. In addition, a movable work table facilitates loading and unloading of the workpieces and significantly increases the possible machining cross-section. The machine is equipped with 3-D programming software.
