The CORMAK FM300SA Dust Collector is an advanced industrial dust extraction system designed for intensive operation in woodworking shops, industrial facilities, and furniture manufacturing plants. Construction and Technology

The heart of the FM300SA is a precisely balanced WhirlWind multi-blade metal fan, designed to generate powerful and consistent suction pressure. The construction has been engineered for intensive industrial use, with reinforced supports and a double load-bearing structure ensuring maximum stability even when the collection bags are fully loaded.

All critical connection points are fitted with flexible seals to improve airtightness and minimize suction losses. The multi-bag filtration system efficiently separates extracted air from sawdust and wood waste, ensuring reliable dust collection performance.

Precision and Performance

The CORMAK FM300SA chip extractor allows simultaneous operation with multiple woodworking machines thanks to its flexible extraction configuration:

1 × Ø150 mm extraction inlet, or
3 × Ø100 mm extraction inlets

The four fabric filter bags provide a total capacity of 220 litres, reducing the frequency of emptying and improving production continuity. The unit operates smoothly, quietly, and with minimal vibration, contributing to improved operator comfort and efficient dust control.
