DCV6500TC VIBER – Professional Industrial Dust Extraction System with Automatic Filter Cleaning and Heat Recovery
Hsdouc U N Uopfx Anienu

The DCV6500TC VIBER is a modern industrial dust extraction system designed for intensive operation in woodworking and manufacturing facilities. It combines high performance, quiet operation, and energy-saving technologies. The unit is equipped with the VIBER system (automatic filter cleaning), TC technology (sound-insulated head housing), REHEAT system (heat recovery), and DAMAGE PROTECT (mechanical rotor protection).

Main Advantages of the Machine
Automatic VIBER filter cleaning system – effective filter cleaning without interrupting operation.
REHEAT heat recovery system – recovers heat from exhaust air and improves thermal comfort.
DAMAGE PROTECT system – protects key components against mechanical damage.
Fully enclosed TC housing – reduces noise and vibrations during operation.
High efficiency of 6500 m³/h – effective dust extraction from multiple workstations simultaneously.
Large waste container capacity – 500 litres, reducing the frequency of emptying.
Design and Technology

The DCV6500TC VIBER has been designed for maximum reliability and long-term operation. The robust steel construction minimizes vibration transfer, while the dynamically balanced metal rotor ensures quiet operation and system stability. The specially designed fan blade geometry improves extraction efficiency while reducing energy consumption. The TC housing with acoustic insulation effectively lowers noise levels in the production area.

Precision and Work Efficiency

The filtration system, based on 32 polyester filters, captures particles down to 5 microns in size. For even higher filtration efficiency, optional HEPA filters can be installed. Quick-access waste containers and intuitive control via the electrical control cabinet improve operator comfort and increase overall productivity.

Applications

The DCV6500TC VIBER is an industrial-grade central dust extraction system designed for cooperation with machines such as:

sanding machines,
panel saws,
edge banders,
milling machines.

It is ideal for continuous operation in manufacturing plants where air quality and the reliability of the extraction system are essential.
