Design and Technology

The machine is based on a reinforced, hardened steel construction. Its compact dimensions allow the extractor to be installed close to a wall or between machines without limiting the available working space. Metal waste containers equipped with viewing windows and a mobile system enable quick emptying and easy monitoring of filling levels. Service doors provide convenient maintenance access and simplify the replacement of filter bags.

Precision and Work Efficiency

The dust extraction fan used in the DCV4500 VIBER provides an air suction speed of 28–32 m/s. Thanks to the specially designed rotor blade geometry, maximum efficiency is achieved with minimal energy consumption. At the same time, filtration down to 5 microns effectively captures fine dust particles, improving workplace air quality and enhancing the final quality of processed materials.
