Atlas Copco GA90

We offer this refurbished Atlas Copco GA90 rotary screw compressor, year 2006.
The compressor was imported from Europe and has not been operated in Ukraine. Comprehensive repairs have been carried out, including replacement of the screw block bearings and gearbox (multiplier) bearings, shaft seal replacement and bushing, replacement of the flexible coupling for torque transmission, replacement of the electric motor bearings, as well as replacement of all filters and oil. A new inlet valve with a new solenoid valve has been fitted. The thermostatic valve has been overhauled with a new repair kit, as well as the minimum pressure valve, oil-stop valve, check valve with repair kits replaced, and the condensation drain valve has also been serviced. A new Elektronikon compressor control unit has been installed. The hydraulic hoses have been replaced and the oil system has been cleaned.
