With the REMAV Siebbock SB 2800, as a landscape contractor, you're ideally equipped for medium or large-scale job sites. The flat deck screener is extremely easy to operate and can deliver one, two, or three fractions, depending on the configuration. By purchasing a flat deck screener, you can save on trips and transport costs to the landfill and screen topsoil, humus, asphalt, gravel, wood chips, construction debris, and much more directly onsite.

The REMAV Siebbock is a professional, cost-effective, and simple solution for reducing your tipping and landfill costs.

With the Siebbock, you can turn rocky soils or construction debris into reusable material. It screens excavated earth, construction waste, gravel, humus, soil, asphalt, and much more.

Thanks to its compact dimensions, the Siebbock is easy to transport and can be fed by wheel loaders with buckets up to 2.70 m wide. Integrated forklift sleeves and crane eyes ensure easy loading and unloading. The low feed height of just 2.10 m also makes it possible to load the machine with smaller wheel loaders.

The basic machine is designed as a single deck but can be extended for fine screening down to 6 mm at any time using slide-in lower deck elements. This allows the feed material to be separated into three fractions. The screening plant is electrically powered and consumes only 2 kW/h.

Recycling old building materials has played an important role for years, as it constitutes a valuable resource.
