- a complete retrofit kit for unrestricted manual loading and unloading compliant with EC directives and CE equipment requirements,
- new control cabinet with certified two-channel electronic PLC safety controller from Siemens (1512SP F or 1515F) for process control, featuring integrated control panel for the operating modes: setup with two-hand control, single stroke with two-hand control, and foot operation (only in combination with BWS); manual lever operation is no longer possible,
- hydraulic safety block for monitoring the closing movement of the main cylinder,
- position-monitored directional valve for the up and down movement of the ram of the main cylinder,
- two-hand control device with two-channel monitoring of the two-hand synchronization at the press table (incl. 5m cable),
- replacement of main and control pump motors,
- replacement of seals on the main cylinder,
- fine filter with contamination indicator,
- the press is equipped with an electronic position measurement system (including teach-in function and display of the current ram position), eliminating the need for a mechanical cam switch.
