It is used for the precise, multi-row forming of masses and fillings into repeatable, three-dimensional shapes, such as perfect meatballs, croquettes, rissoles, fish fingers, cheese balls, and potato dumplings. The heart of the device is a 4-channel flow distributor, which divides the flow of filling from the filler into four perfectly equal rows, guaranteeing consistent weight and identical geometry for each individual product.
