Hello, we are offering a Thieme 3000 SL screen printing machine that has been completely and thoroughly overhauled in our workshop.

The maximum printing format of this 3/4 automatic machine is 4000 mm x 1500 mm! The machine features a large, very robust vacuum table (with two vacuum pumps) on which the printing material is positioned against stops. After the printing process, the material is picked up by a gripper and placed onto an underlying conveyor belt. The conveyor belt can be mounted on either the left or right side, depending on the local conditions. The system has the patented Thieme squeegee system with three printing cylinders and two flood cylinders. Control is via a Mitsubishi E600 display. The system was completely disassembled and reassembled in our workshop. All wear parts and maintenance parts have been replaced. The control cabinet has been powder-coated. The side panels have been replaced with robust HPL panels. All air hoses have been replaced, contactors have been reconditioned, bearing bushings have been replaced, etc. The system is assembled and located in our warehouse in 93476 Blaibach and can be viewed/tested there while powered and connected to an air supply.
