AUTOMATIC WRAP AROUND CARTONER FOR TETRA PAK – STAINLESS STEEL

Automatic Wrap Around cartoner for TETRA PAK, designed to perform the grouping and continuous packaging of food containers in cardboard boxes, within industrial packaging lines and end-of-line processes.

The equipment uses Wrap Around technology, whereby a die-cut cardboard sheet is folded around a previously formed group of containers, resulting in a compact and robust box for storage, transport, and distribution.

Particularly suitable for integration with Tetra Pak filling lines, it allows for the automation of the secondary packaging of Tetra Brik Aseptic containers and other compatible formats.

OPERATING PROCESS
Containers from the filling line arrive via a conveyor belt, where they are sorted and grouped according to the established packaging configuration.
Once the group is formed, the machine positions a die-cut cardboard sheet around the containers.
The system automatically performs the folding and forming of the Wrap Around box, closing the flaps using the installed mechanism.
The finished boxes are discharged to the next stages of production, such as inspection systems, logistical labeling, transport, palletizing, and shrink wrapping.

APPLICATIONS
Particularly suitable for dairy industries, juice manufacturers, plant-based beverage producers, and other food processing plants that package liquid food products.
