Tetra Pak® A3Flex

Technical Specifications & Performance DataThe Used filling machine TETRA PAK A3 Flex 1L slim 7500 bph is a 2006 aseptic form‑fill‑seal system designed for high-efficiency beverage production in cartons. Built by Tetra Pak®, it delivers precise, reliable filling for dairy and juice in Tetra Brik formats, making it a strong fit for industrial packaging operations seeking predictable uptime and hygienic performance.* Manufacturer: Tetra Pak®* Model: A3 Flex (Year 2006)* Category: Filling Machine – aseptic carton FFS* Nominal speed: up to 7,500 packs/hour* Machien Hours: 62.000 Hours* Container type: Brik (aseptic carton); format range subject to installed tooling* Product compatibility: Dairy (e.g., UHT milk), Juice (with/without pulp, low to medium viscosity)* Filling principle: Aseptic, volumetric dosing* No. of valves / heads: 1* Machine configuration: Linear (rotation: 0)* Changeover: Recipe-based format adjustments to minimize downtime* Safety features: Integrated guarding and interlocks* Documentation: Operator and technical manuals availableAdvanced Automation & Control SystemsFully PLC-controlled with an HMI interface, the A3 Flex provides recipe management, alarm diagnostics, and batch logging for robust traceability. The control platform supports connectivity with plant SCADA/MES for data acquisition and performance monitoring. Standardized I/O facilitates integration with upstream UHT/sterilization and downstream end-of-line equipment. Built-in safety circuits, interlocked doors, and emergency stops help protect operators during rinsing, filling, and downstream handling processes. Electrical and pneumatic interfaces are designed for common EU industrial standards.Production Line Integration CapabilitiesThis machine integrates seamlessly within a used bottling line or mixed packaging environment. It interfaces with upstream product treatment (UHT, homogenization, CIP/SIP) and downstream carton conveyors, checkweighers, inkjet date coders, case packers, and palletizers. While dedicated to cartons, it can share utilities, controls, and data infrastructure alongside parallel PET, glass, or aluminum can lines that include rinsing, filling, capping, and labeling machines. Format changes within the Brik family are completed via guided procedures and recipes to reduce changeover time and waste.Machine Condition & Maintenance HistoryCurrent status: UNDER MAINTENANCE. This second hand Tetra Pak A3 Flex is undergoing scheduled servicing to verify aseptic integrity, dosing accuracy, and sealing performance. Key wear parts are inspected and replaced as required. As part of the A3Flex-100V Upgrade, the machine was enhanced with the addition of 1 AB CPU, 2 AB network modules, 1 AB input module, 1 AB output module and 1 GE communication module. The equipment was upgraded from Danaher servo to AB’s latest servo, with 7 Danaher motors replaced by AB motors, together with network cables, communication cables, connectors and 2 pull ear motor bases. Maintenance logs, test reports, and commissioning checklists can be provided. Manuals are included to support rapid start-up and operator training.Automation and Servo Upgrade: The equipment has been upgraded from...
