Specialized 4-Thread Cylindrical Overlock Machine for Attaching Collar Ribbing in T-Shirts with Simultaneous Sweatband Insertion

A specialized 4-thread cylindrical overlock machine designed for attaching collar ribbing in T-shirts, while simultaneously feeding and sewing the sweatband tape into the seam. It features differential double feed with bottom teeth and upper feed.

The upper feed ensures even handling of multiple layers of fabric, making it easier to sew over thick areas and cross seams, while also preventing slippage between slippery layers during stitching.

The machine is equipped with automatic pneumatic thread trimming and chain stitch suction. The sweatband tape feeding is activated by a knee lever.

The energy-efficient servo motor is mounted directly on the machine’s head, on the main shaft, ensuring quiet operation and reduced energy consumption.

The machine head includes four adjustable tension rollers that ensure even tension of the ribbing around the entire circumference.

Integrated LED lighting illuminates the work area, with adjustable brightness.
