Directly from the splitter to the trailer

Anyone who makes firewood knows the time-consuming task: it's not the splitting that strains your back, but the bending, collecting, and throwing afterward. The electric SCHORR conveyor belt takes over precisely this step: the logs fall directly from the splitter onto the belt or are simply placed on it unsorted; the cleats and the conveying trough safely guide them upwards, and in the end, they end up where they belong: on the trailer, in the container, or in the grid box.

With a belt speed of 0.8 m/s, the belt easily keeps pace with the splitter and saw. You continue working at your own pace, and the belt clears away behind you: stacking instead of hauling.

5 meters in length, up to 1.9 meters discharge height

Five meters of conveying distance and a discharge height of up to 1.9 meters: this allows you to fill high sideboards, grid boxes, and containers without lifting a single log by hand. The installation angle can be used up to a 19° inclination, and up to 100 kg can be placed on the belt at the same time.

The trough-shaped conveying trough (390 mm wide at the top) keeps the logs in line, and the cleats reliably carry them along, even uphill. And the belt can be set up quickly: you can easily pull it to the next work location using the two wheels, and you can adjust the discharge height using the height-adjustable support stand. This ensures a continuous supply of logs, from the first to the last log of the load.

Socket instead of high voltage

The 370-W electric motor runs on any standard 230-V socket: no high-voltage connection, no gasoline, no noise, no exhaust fumes. This means that the conveyor belt can also be used in the hall, barn, or at the house connection, where internal combustion engines and 400-V devices would be unsuitable.

The technology behind it is deliberately kept simple: robust PVC belt, solid frame construction, few wear parts, easy to maintain and repair. And if something does happen: wear and spare parts are in stock, and we carry out repairs in our own workshop. You buy directly from the manufacturer and receive personal advice.
