More flexible "Flat-Line" version to accept all types of profiles. For cut profiles up to 3.750 mm (PVC can be cut and machined from 3.750 to 4.450 mm with manual extraction)
Control under WINDOWS TWINCAT with BECKHOFF C6140 PC with touch screen.

The first station has an automatic loading table for 9 profile bars, a transport clamp with an electromagnetic linear motor, and two work modules, one for machining PVC bars, with 4 CNC axes, rotating with 6 high-frequency motors to work at any angle, and another for cutting with a 500 mm saw blade with variable angles between -45º and + 45º. Label printer and a second extraction clamp with an electromagnetic linear motor to reduce transport times.
REAL INTERMEDIATE BUFFER with 27 slots with independent movement to make station times independent, with 8 positions for manual insertion of reinforcement, with indicator lights.
Second SBZ-I station with electromagnetic linear motor transport clamp, two work modules, one for screwing, with two screwdrivers (one for frames and one for leaves) with automatic feeder for one type of screw, and the second module has 2 CNC axes and the following drilling motors for PVC + reinforcement:
- 1 horizontal drilling unit with a diameter of 6.5 mm (posts and fixing to the work)
- 1 horizontal drilling unit with a diameter of 3 mm (locks and square marks)
- 1 horizontal drilling unit with a diameter of 3 mm (locks and square marks)
- 1 vertical drilling unit from below with a diameter of 3 mm (for hinges)
- 1 vertical drilling unit from above with a diameter of 3 mm (for hinges)
- 1 vertical drilling unit from below, triple head for 10/12/10mm handles
Output table with motorized belts.
Complete fence with electric closing doors.
