This Rational Ultra Vent Hood for Rational combination steamers, including a connection kit, is suitable for combi steamers CMP, SCC 61/101 electric from model year 2011 up to the current models (Index H+I). The hood has been tested in our in-house workshop and is fully functional.

This Ultra Vent hood utilizes the patented condensation technology, which captures and channels steam and vapors. Complex exhaust installation measures are no longer necessary. No external vent connection is required. Installation is simple and can even be carried out retrospectively.
