Meat processing machine

Nowicki (NOMA) MH 660 SAS

The NOMA NOWICKI MH-660 SAS is an advanced brine injector with servo-driven head and conveyor, fitted with 660 needles and designed for injecting red meat, bone-in and boneless, poultry, fish, and fillets. The machine, built in 2026, has multi-stage brine filtration with an FBN rotary filter, a head hygiene system, and touch-panel control. Documentation and tool trolleys are included.
How does the NOMA NOWICKI MH-660 SAS brine injector work?

The product is fed onto a conveyor that moves it under the needle head. The head and the conveyor have independent servo drive systems, and the conveyor drive is synchronized with the head, which allows many injection patterns. Conveyor speed is controlled electronically and head speed smoothly, so the injection is repeatable.

The brine passes through a multi-stage filtration system: an internal filter with replaceable cartridges whose graduation is chosen to suit the needles, an FBN rotary filter with a slotted drum for the return brine, and a specially shaped filter bottom. The controller automatically monitors filter contamination. All injection processes are controlled and programmed from the touch panel.
Key advantages of the NOMA NOWICKI MH-660 SAS brine injector

A large number of needles and independent servo drives for head and conveyor give a dense, repeatable injection pattern and a high degree of control over the process. Exchangeable needle heads and a choice of needles and process settings allow the machine to be matched to different raw materials and recipes.

Multi-stage filtration with automatic contamination monitoring, quick replacement of needle heads, and a head hygiene system that shortens internal washing time make it easier to keep the machine clean and running. The touch panel simplifies operation and process programming.
