NOMA NOWICKI MHM-21/84 F is a brine injector designed for the uniform injection of fish and seafood, both boned and unboned, and – after a quick needle change – any other boned or unboned products, such as poultry. Manufactured in 2026, the machine features 21 needle sockets (84 quadruple needles), steel needles operating at a brine pressure of up to 3 bar, microprocessor control with a color touchscreen, and an AISI 316 stainless steel construction in food-contact areas. Replacement parts are included.
