Multivac R535

The Multivac R535 forms packs directly from the bottom film, shaping them to match the dimensions of the product being packed, then fills and seals them with top film under vacuum or modified atmosphere (MAP) conditions, significantly extending product shelf life. The entire process — forming, filling, sealing, and cutting the packs — runs continuously on a single production line, delivering high packaging throughput while maintaining consistent pack quality.

According to the nameplate data, the unit on offer dates from 2011 and was manufactured to Multivac’s German quality standards.

The machine is additionally equipped with an MR625/MR6318 Cross Web Labeller, manufactured by MR Etikettiertechnik GmbH & Co. KG of Enger. The unit provides fully automatic cross web labelling with high-precision label placement across the sealing film and is integrated with the machine’s sealing system, eliminating the need for manual labeling and speeding up the entire packaging process.

Key advantages of the Multivac R535
The Multivac R535 enables both vacuum and modified atmosphere (MAP) packaging, extending the shelf life of packed food products while preserving their freshness and quality during transport and storage. A film width of 530 mm and a stroke of 360 mm support pack formats up to 160 x 120 mm, and the machine can be flexibly reconfigured for different formats depending on the mold in use.

The robust, industrial-grade construction from this German manufacturer, together with Multivac’s proven technology, ensures reliable operation and highly consistent packaging quality — a key factor for plants running high-volume food production.

An additional advantage is the integrated MR625/MR6318 Cross Web Labeller (Multivac Group – Marking & Inspection), combining fully automatic cross web labelling with high-precision label placement and integration with the sealing system, which reduces the amount of manual work on the packaging line and streamlines the labeling of finished packs.
