The system includes a Marel OptiWeigher dynamic weighing module and a dual-sided Marel grader with 20 grading outlets.

The product is dynamically weighed by the OptiWeigher and can then be automatically distributed to the selected grading outlet according to the programmed weight class.
The machine was used for fish processing and is suitable for applications such as:

- direct packing at grading stations.
It may also be adapted for poultry or other food products, depending on product size and process requirements.
The six printer positions allow direct labeling at packing stations.

- plastic crates,
- tubs.
The system may be integrated into a Marel Innova environment, subject to verification of the installed control and software configuration.
