The Intec ColorCut SC6500 is a revolutionary digital die-cutter and creaser, blending flatbed and sheet fed technology for a fully automated cutter and creaser that will cut and crease any shape on media up to 350 microns thick at speeds up to 1,060mm/s. Targeted for users seeking an affordable, compact, high-capacity cutting solution the SC6500 combines ultra-reliable feeding with an instant job retrieval system and flawless high-speed cutting and creasing for complete unattended production. Choose between DIRECT mode (using computer) or HELD mode for standalone operation with USB drive, enabling wireless remote cutting.

The ColorCut SC6500 comes equipped with Dual Tool holder for seamlessly cutting and creasing in one pass, as well as industry-leading ColorCut Pro production software, which enables the operator to use Adobe Illustrator or CoreDRAW to easily generate cut files from the artwork. This machine has been designed to provide unattended operation with particular attention paid to the feeding system to ensure class leading performance for card, vinyl labels or even tricky laminated sheets. A revolutionary suction feed belt system, combines with air blades to separate the top sheet for each feed – and the jogging back wedge ensures any stray media is kept under control. Feed continually from the 1,000-sheet stacker with confidence.

Using the Vision3 CCD video camera within the tool head, the SC6500 quickly scans SmartMark registration marks created using the ColorCut Pro software to adjust for scale, skew and rotation, automatically adapting your cut lines to fit your job. Additionally, when creating jobs, ColorCut Pro can apply an auto-assigned (editable) QR code to each design, allowing for automatic cut file retrieval for running any number of mixed jobs in the same stack.

We highly recommend the Intec ColorCut SC6500 to anyone looking for a commercial-grade digital die-cutting solution with an entry-level price point. This user-friendly, compact machine is perfect for copy shops, schools...
