Fermentation, storage and pressurised tank cellar with: - 7 pieces 25 hl ZKGs (Nordhausen, 2009) coolable, insulated with firmly welded stainless steel panelling - 6 upright storage tanks, 10 hl - 1 upright storage tank, 50 hl, manufacturer Metrec) - 1 upright storage tank, 40 hl, manufacturer Metrec - 1 horizontal pressurised tank (Kaspar Schulz, 1994), 37 hl, 3 bar - 1 yeast tank (Nordhausen, 2012), 3.5 hl, 2 bar, insulated, conical, with content measurement. Filtration with mobile kieselguhr filter and Pall particle filter. With mobile CIP system (Nordhausen, 2009) with 2 tanks of 1.6 hl each in square tube frame with pump and operating buttons and switches. Supply technology: - Steam generator (Jumag, 2009), heated with liquid gas - Compressed air system (Kaeser, 2008) - 2 x ice storage refrigeration system (Hafner-Muschler, 2009 and 2011)
