Meat processing machine

Lutetia Baratte T5

The Lutetia T5 tumbler is designed for industrial sites seeking a reliable solution for mixing and marinating large volumes. Firstly, its capacity of up to 4,000 kg of meat and brine allows for the processing of high production volumes while maintaining consistent homogeneity throughout. Furthermore, vacuum operation improves the penetration of ingredients into the core of the product. As a result, organoleptic quality is enhanced and recipe consistency is ensured even in extended production runs. Consequently, production gains stability and repeatability.

Additionally, the slow and controlled rotation of the drum significantly reduces mechanical stress on the product. Indeed, the product is subjected to fewer shocks, which preserves the fiber structure. This results in reduced loss and a consistently uniform appearance. Moreover, the internal geometry of the drum ensures a smooth movement of the mass, guaranteeing a consistent mixing cycle even when operating at maximum load. This design is ideally suited for applications where product integrity and process precision are essential.

In addition, the stainless steel construction provides outstanding resistance to demanding industrial environments. It also ensures optimal hygiene and compatibility with frequent cleaning cycles. The machine’s generous dimensions facilitate integration into high-throughput production lines, ensuring smooth loading and unloading operations. Finally, with its usable volume of 4,800 liters, mechanical robustness, and proven design, the Lutetia T5 tumbler represents a strategic investment for industrial processors seeking to combine performance, consistency, and sustainable productivity optimization.
