The produced cream or butter has a particle size so fine that it flows from the machine like oil; no coarse particles are detectable.

Addition of water is required for soy milk and chickpea processing!

Thermal treatment of oilseeds is required before processing.

Fruit and vegetable cream processing: apricot, plum, bell pepper cream, garlic cream.
