Labu 5/10HL Brewhouse + 4 tanks 12HL

High-end (!) Austrian Brewery, newly purchased in 2017 directly from the owner. It has been used less than 100 times ever since because it is positioned at a remote location away from the main brewery. It has been maintained very well, ready for inspection. Ideally for brew-pubs.
It is 5HL machine but can do 2 brews simultaneously, so effectively it can be considered a 10HL machine.

It has 4 Uni-tanks of 12 HL and all the necessary equipment, such as cooling, to make it a turn-key brew installation of a premium quality. Also all necessary hoses plus a mobile pump for CIP of the Unitanks, etc. Original documentation available, in German, showing that all equipment was purchased at the Labu factory.
This whole set would currently cost approx. 240.000€ (ex VAT, ex works). Delivery possible per direct after dismantling. We could provide a proper instruction / training by one of our senior brewers.
Current asking price is approx. 135K€, ex VAT ex work but including instruction. The brewery is located in the Amsterdam area, the Netherlands
