Dereater is used for the removal of air bubbles from the purée. The air bubbles mix with purée during the pulping.

Made of stainless steel.
Deaeration takes place in a vacuum container.
operating temperature approx. 50°C.

Water-ring-pump for achieving vacuum in the container integrated.
The puree is sucked out by pasteurizer pump.
