Overview

This KOSME JETCLEAN G 16/960 1T UP is a rotary air rinser built in 2013. It cleans empty bottles and containers automatically before filling: the containers are turned upside down and blown out with filtered air through moving air nozzles, so loose particles and contamination are removed before the containers reach the filler. It suits bottlers who want a dry cleaning step for empty PET bottles ahead of filling.

The containers are held in grippers on the rotating carousel and inverted for the air treatment. The machine is fully enclosed by transparent safety doors and is operated from a KOSME touch panel with production data and recipe management. It covers container formats from 400 g/ml to 2 kg at an output of up to 6,000 containers per hour; the format currently set up is a 2 L PET bottle, other formats via the available change parts.
