Laminating machine

Komfi Sagitta 76 with Hot Knife and B1 Stacker

Komfi Sagitta 76 with Hot Knife and B1 Stacker

Robust and powerful machine suitable for lamination in continuous operation with a standard volume of millions of sheets per year.
Designed for time-efficient work: feeding sheets from a pallet including easy placement of the pallet into the machine using laser pointers, elements for quick adjustment of the machine to a new job, air shaft, pneumatic snapping unit or hot knife for reliable separation of a wide range of foils.
Also digitally printed job can be easily and conveniently processed on the machine.
Well suited and highly applicable for both commercial printing and the packaging industry.
Energy saving zone heating system with fastest heat up time.

Max. production speed 60 m/min (3600 B1 sheets/h); 50 m/min with hot knife (3000 B1 sheets/h)
Max sheet size 760 × 1120 mm (up to 1300 mm)
Paper weight 115-600 g/m²
Machine dimensions (incl. delivery desk) 4.25 x 1.55 m

Basic configuration
Feeder:
Itjdpfx Anezdnpxekjn
Komfi double action feeding head for reliable feeding even at high speed and small format.
Front lay register for precise and constant sheet overlap.
Compressor for feeder.
Sheet overlap sensor for protection of pressure roller from film sticking in case
of a miss-feed.
Adjustable separation blowers for reliable separation of sheets from the pile
and trouble-free loading of long sheets.
Laminating Unit:
Powerful pneumatic pressure system to ensure excellent laminating result.
Adjustable distance stoppers to enable processing thick substrates and windows lamination.
Air shaft for 3″ reel core laminating film.
”On-the-fly” height-adjustable spread roller for perfect smoothing of difficult film before lamination roller.
Zone heating of the laminating roller saves energy when laminating small formats.
Temperature sensor inside the cylinder for extremely precise regulation.
PUR pressure roller for longer roller life.
Separator & Delivery:
Rotary separation knives for reliable film separation at high speed.
Built-in perforator to support trouble-free sheets separation, or to be used for special jobs where knife is not applicable.
Pneumatic driven separation roller.
Automatic (pneumatic) skew wheel increases reliability of separation when processing wide range of jobs. Good to use for long sheets.
Adjustable speed of snapping roller for perfect separation of difficult jobs.
Jogging table.
SW functions included
Stop on the sheet overlap to avoid waste sheets.
Zero overlap possibility for processing thick substrates.
Automatic pressure and temperature detection to prevent irregularity in lamination quality.
End of job function for easy rewind of film.
Sensor for sheet separation detection and jam detection.
Job settings memory
Built-in internet connectivity for service support.
Available options
Film slitter to cut film to the requested width.
Additional On roll perforator.
Integrated or External Effect foiling device (OTF).
Universal pallet positioning kit enables to load variety of different pallets into the machine.
Hot knife option for perfect separation of thick, PET and Nylon films that eliminates flagging.
Antistatic bar removes static charge from the separator to avoid thin sheets wrapping onto the rollers.
Windows lamination kit.
Set of chilling rollers placed between laminating unit and separator to reach high quality embossing or windows lamination.
Automatic sheet stacker (pallet stacking).
