Key Technology Tegra Optical Colour Grader/Sorter

This is a complete system manufactured by Key Technology in 2021 and has previously been used for grading sprouts. This is a high-capacity optical colour sorting system capable of processing up to 15 tonnes per hour, depending on product characteristics and quality requirements.

The system comprises of the following equipment:

1 x Elevator conveyor with blue flighted belt on fixed stainless-steel frame. Speed - Fixed. Infeed height - 750mm. Outfeed height - 3000mm. Power - 3 phase. Overall dimensions - 5500mm long x 850mm wide x 3600mm high.

1 x Vibratory shaker cleaner conveyor. Model – SH01-101652. Stroke 8, RPM – 980. Vibratory bed dimensions – 2500mm long x 800mm wide. Overall dimensions – 2700mm long x 950mm wide x 2600mm high.

1 x Optical colour grader sorter with pneumatic rejectors and HMI operator touchscreen control. Model - Tegra T01-101746. Electrical requirements – 400 V / 50 hz / 3 phase. Amps – 44.85 A. Overall dimensions – 2600mm long x 2100mm wide x 26002.1m wide 2.6m long 2.6m high.

1 x Vibratory feeder conveyor for off-take of waste product. Model - SH01-101651. Stroke 8, 18 HZ. Vibratory bed dimensions – 2500mm long x 950mm wide.
