Function
The output voltage, which can be adjusted steplessly by hand using a rotary knob, is applied directly to the excitation coils of the test core.
This is intended to create a homogeneous electromagnetic field in the air gap of the test core, which can then be used to characterize the core material placed in the air gap.
The basic operation of the core testing system is performed via the switches and display elements on the front panel at the front of the test carriage.
