This is a state-of-the-art blast chiller from Irinox, model MF NEXT LL Essenziell Turbo. This multi-function rapid chiller MultiFresh is your new helping hand in the kitchen, equipped with a standard rack for 2/1 GN containers. Maximum loading capacity: 95 kg. The unit features a 10" touch display and can both rapidly chill and shock freeze. This version includes the Sanigen hygiene function, which ensures 99.5% of bacteria are eliminated, guaranteeing odor neutrality. This is the Essenziell Turbo variant, dedicated to rapid chilling and shock freezing (without hot functions). The refrigeration unit is air-cooled. The door opens with a left hinge, and the unit includes a core temperature probe with 5 measuring points. The unit is fitted with castor wheels – 2 of which have locking brakes.

The unit has a total of 55 slots for inserts. Currently, 30 rails for 2/1 GN are included, providing 15 shelves. Additional GN rails or wider rails for 60x40 cm bakery standard can be ordered. A pair of 1/1 GN shelf rails is priced at €36 net, a pair of bakery standard rails at €69 net plus shipping. A MultiRack is also available, allowing for double the number of 1/1 GN shelves.
