How does the machine work?
The magazine is manually loaded with top and bottom boards, then the machine automatically arranges the top boards in the correct position for nailing.

The machine is designed for continuous and reliable production of pallets. It combines professional precision with a user-friendly set-up. The size of the pallets produced can be easily changed in just a few minutes.

Bottom board

Min. / max. width: 75 mm - 145 mm
Min. / max. thickness: 12 mm - 35 mm

Min. / max. thickness: 12 mm - 35 mm

Machine output: IMH-DM-3000 - 20 pieces / min, with max. top board length
