The ES121 F/SHK is the simplest solution for precise crosscuts – even of unedged and loosely stacked material. With the positionable saw unit, you can crosscut stationary packages to the desired length. This system is also ideal for users with limited space requirements.

The guide rail swivels hydraulically at a 90° angle around a fixed pivot point for maximum cutting accuracy and optimal force distribution.

Supplied with a hard-chromed pointed tooth chain or a carbide-tipped pointed tooth chain from STIHL.

ES 121 with roller conveyor and stationary saw unit – the classic setup for cutting long packages into fixed lengths.

A movable carriage positions the packages precisely for cutting. The standard parallelogram drop device enables the opening of the saw kerf after cutting. Optionally, the system can be equipped with a second, independent parallelogram drop device, allowing several raw packages to be loaded at the same time. The robust saw unit delivers an optimum cut surface – package by package.
