The GEA-CFS TwinGrill TWG 1800/600 model is designed as a continuous grilling line made of stainless steel. The unit utilizes a dual grilling system with independently adjustable upper and lower heating zones. The temperature of the upper and lower grills can be adjusted separately, allowing for precise adaptation of the process to the type of product, its thickness, texture, and the desired final result.
The machine allows products to be grilled on both sides, ensuring uniform cooking results, an attractive surface appearance, and consistent quality across successive production batches. A temperature range of 50 to 260°C and an adjustable belt speed ranging from 0.3 to 3 m/min allow the grilling time to be tailored to various food products.
The TwinGrill is equipped with an intuitive control panel and a user-friendly interface that simplifies operation, process monitoring, and the setting of operating parameters. The ability to create and adjust processing programs allows for better control over the cooking and grilling process, as well as increased production consistency.
Thanks to its hygienic design, high-quality stainless steel construction, and belt-cleaning system, the unit is easy to clean and suitable for use in the food industry. Additional features, such as removable grill plates and grease collection systems, facilitate routine maintenance and keep the unit clean.
